Love it!

I absolutely love this set! I think it has definitely helped me because I used to pick at the skin on my face and my fingers all the time and I think that this ring has really helped with decreasing me doing that as much!

Awesome rings, haven't bit my nails in weeks!

I have had a nail biting problem for as long as I can remember, and truly nothing has completely stopped it until I found these! And I get a ton of compliments on them, everyone asks about my rings. I love that they are adjustable, fairly durable, and really well made. 100% worth every penny, and my nails look nice for the first time...basically ever!

Love my rings!

I purchased 2 different styles and love them both! I didn’t have any habits of picking at my skin or biting nails but I had noticed myself twirling my hair when talking to people which some may interpret as rude. My rings give me another outlet and they are super stylish! I do not shower with them on but have used hand sanitizer and washed my hands with them on and they did not tarnish or dull.

A gorgeous solution to a lifelong problem!

I have been picking at my fingers since I was a little kid. My fingers are always bloody and raw and sore from skin picking. This ring is the perfect solution! It keeps both of my hands busy and distracted from my fingers. Not to mention it’s SUPER gorgeous and amazing quality. I’m recommending this to everyone! 10/10

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect buying rings on website! My bundle arrived really quickly and they are really good quality! I'm super pleased with my rings. I have ADHD and they are def a great alternative to a fidget toy when im at work and have helped to reduce my skin picking loads. Plus, they look really nice!!

It's small and subtle, but the weight of the ring and the soothing metal help me to focus on my breathing and calm down when I'm feeling anxious.
